Case summary

Kvalifik moved Arkyn’s website from WordPress to Webflow in a direct 1:1 migration. The goal was to keep the design and change the platform behind it. We migrated 50 pages with the SEO and AEO value intact, and Arkyn’s team can now publish new content in minutes without waiting on a developer.

Questions

Arkyn moved to Webflow because their WordPress setup made the website slow to update and dependent on developers. Restricted admin and plugin access, rigid components and difficulty structuring data for SEO and AEO made the site hard to manage. Webflow gave Arkyn a platform their own team can run.

A 1:1 website migration moves an existing website to a new platform without changing its design. The pages look the same, but the technology behind them is new. Kvalifik used a 1:1 migration for Arkyn to keep a design that already worked and fix the platform underneath.

Yes, if the migration is planned page by page. For Arkyn, Kvalifik tracked every redirect from the old URLs to the new ones and made sure all existing SEO and AEO value carried over to Webflow. The site worked fully the moment it went live.

Arkyn’s team now manages the website in-house and publishes new content in minutes, with far less reliance on developers. Webflow integrates with AI tools, which speeds up tasks that used to take weeks of development. The site went from rigid and developer-dependent to flexible and AI-ready.

The challenge

Arkyn’s website already looked the part. The design reflected the consumer-level finish of their products. The problem sat underneath. Their WordPress setup made every content update slow and dependent on a developer. Admin and plugin access was restricted, the components were rigid, and structuring data for SEO and AEO was harder than it should be. The site was hard to manage and even harder to evolve. Arkyn wanted a platform that could keep up with their team.

The solution

We moved Arkyn to Webflow in a direct 1:1 migration. The design stayed exactly as it was. What changed is everything behind it. Arkyn’s team now runs the website in-house and publishes at their own pace, with far less reliance on developers. Webflow connects to the AI tools they already use, which speeds up tasks that used to take weeks of development. And the SEO and AEO value they had built came along intact.

The process

A 1:1 migration lives or dies on the overview. You need to know every page that has to exist on the new platform. Arkyn mapped out which pages to bring over and which to leave behind. We tracked every redirect, so the site worked fully the moment it went live on Webflow. We also made sure all existing SEO and AEO value carried over, so Arkyn didn’t lose any of the work they’d already done. Along the way, we made a few design and functionality tweaks to improve selected features.

The results

Arkyn’s website now works like a marketing engine. We migrated 50 pages to Webflow with the design and SEO value intact. The site went from rigid and developer-dependent to flexible and AI-ready, and Arkyn’s team now ships new content in minutes.
