PSV had a strong brand but a website that no longer matched it. The structure was unclear, the three units blurred together, and an old WordPress site made updates slow. The redesign brought the site into 2026 and gave each unit its own identity inside the PSV brand.
A restructured sitemap and navigation, a refreshed visual identity with color coding for each unit, custom GSAP animations including the loader, and a flexible Webflow build that is easy to maintain.
Through structure and color. The sitemap gives PSV Foundry, PSV Tech, and PSV Hafnium each a clear place, and a color code gives each unit its own presence inside the shared black and white identity.
Webflow replaced PSV’s WordPress setup and gave them a flexible site they can maintain themselves. It also made it possible to build advanced GSAP animations directly on the site.
It tells the PSV story. The animation shows how PSV began as one unit and grew into three, all resting on the same foundation. It sets the tone for the site and introduces the house of PSV in a few seconds.
Kvalifik combines structure, design, Webflow development, and custom animation in one process. We care how the site looks, and just as much whether it tells the right story and stays easy to run.

PSV is a venture house that backs early-stage Nordic tech founders. Three funds sit under one shared foundation: PSV Foundry, PSV Tech, and PSV Hafnium. Each has its own mandate, but they share the same way of thinking.
Working closely with PSV, Kvalifik restructured and rebuilt the site in Webflow with a focus on:
- A clear structure that separates the three units
- A distinct visual identity for PSV Foundry, PSV Tech, and PSV Hafnium
- Playful animations that carry the PSV story
- A flexible Webflow build that is easy to maintain
- Strong navigation and a site that invites exploration
The result is a website that reads clearly at a glance and rewards a closer look. Each unit stands on its own, the PSV story is easy to follow, and the team can finally update the site without friction.
Structure and Navigation
A restructured sitemap and navigation that give each of the three units a clear place, while keeping the pages that still matter across all of PSV.
Visual Identity and Color Coding
A strict black and white identity with intentional pops of color, used as a code to give each unit its own presence inside one brand.
Custom Web Animations
A GSAP loader animation that tells the PSV story, plus small interactions that guide the flow and keep the site playful.
A Webflow Build Made to Last
A flexible Webflow setup that replaced the old rigid CMS, so PSV can update and maintain the site without the old headaches.
To fix the structure, Kvalifik needed to understand PSV from the inside. Through workshops and working sessions with the PSV team, we mapped how the house actually fits together and rebuilt the sitemap around it.
The new structure gives each unit a clear place while keeping the pages that are still shared across PSV. Visitors can tell PSV Foundry, PSV Tech, and PSV Hafnium apart in seconds, and they always know where they are.
Kvalifik focused on:
- A sitemap that separates the three units
- Clear rules for which pages are shared and which belong to a single unit
- Navigation that makes the house easy to read
- A structure that supports the story PSV wants to tell
PSV leans on a strict black and white identity. It is sharp and unmistakably PSV. Kvalifik kept that base and used color with intent, as a code that gives each unit its own identity inside the brand.
The result is a site that feels calm and premium, with pops of color and playful details that give it an edge. Color does real work here. It tells you which unit you are looking at before you read a word.
PSV also came with a strong library of photography, and it carries a lot of the brand. We gave those images room to breathe and used them actively across the site, so the identity comes through on every page.
Working with PSV’s communications team, we shaped how each story is told through visuals and interaction. The information is clear and direct, and the site still rewards you if you feel like exploring.
